Plan to join us for the 2020 Tax Planning Forum® and the "Fundamentals of Flow-Through"® seminars.

All our programs this year will be presented virtually and feature special pricing. As in prior years, Chuck and Michael will use their creative transactional approach to explore the many new developments in the partnership, LLC and S corporation arenas, especially the impact of COVID-related changes and all the TCJA regulatory developments on tax planning and structuring concepts. We expect this year's programs to be extremely informative and thought provoking, as they will include:

  • Robust content taught in a transactional-based format – the Forum’s content is entirely new for 2020.
  • Cutting-edge revenue-generating ideas our prior attendees have enjoyed previously.
  • Access to the experts – you will have the opportunity to interact with us and ask questions, including live Q&A sessions.
  • Detailed materials – Exhibits, Outline and Treatise, as before.
  • In addition to the 810 minutes of program presentation time, there will be 180 minutes of Q&A sessions that qualify for CPE credit.

TAX PLANNING FORUM®

Our premier seminar, the "Annual Partnership, LLC & S Corporation Tax Planning Forum," or simply the "Forum®," is a 16.2-hour CPE/CLE (based on a 50-minute credit hour, and up to 19.8 hours if all live Q&A sessions are attended) intensive flow-through entity tax planning seminar, which incorporates recent developments from Congress, Treasury, the IRS and case law into the hottest flow-through planning techniques. Presented entirely new for the 34th year, the Forum provides attendees with cutting-edge strategies to take advantage of tax planning and business planning opportunities. This seminar is presented in a fast-paced give and take between presenters and attendees and is illustrated through real-life transactions you’re likely to see in your practices. Our goal is to make our attendees heroes with their clients, by providing them tools, planning techniques and structures to save their clients money and get them better tax results. As the Forum deals with advanced techniques, it is best suited for tax professionals who have a good working knowledge of flow-through taxation. The Forum is completely rewritten each year to present the latest in flow-through tax concepts. This is why over 70% of our attendees each year have attended before.

We also present the "Fundamentals of Flow-Through® Partnership, LLC & S Corporation Tax Seminar," likewise a 16.2-hour CPE/CLE program (based on a 50-minute credit hour, and up to 19.8 hours if all live Q&A sessions are attended). Our "Fundamentals of Flow-Through"® course is targeted toward tax professionals who would like to develop a more solid and integrated foundation in partnership, LLC and S corporation taxation, or who just want to brush up on flow-through entity fundamentals.
